All orders within Australia are shipped with Australia Post unless otherwise requested. Once payment is received, orders will be dispatched within 2–5 business days.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. It is your responsibility to track your delivery using this number.

If your parcel is not collected and is returned to Wild Posse, you will need to cover the cost of re-postage.

Deliveries typically take 2–10 days depending on your location. Please note AusPost may experience delays, especially during the Christmas period.

What if I do not receive my order?

Deliveries may take up to 2–10 business days Australia-wide, depending on your location.

If your order hasn’t arrived after 10 working days post-dispatch, please email hello@wildposse.au so we can follow up.

What if I want to cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
