Change of Mind
Wild Posse does not offer refunds for change of mind, wrong decision, or incorrect size. We kindly ask you to choose carefully when placing your order.
If you’re unsure about sizing, fabric or fit, please feel free to reach out to us at hello@wildposse.au before purchasing — we’re happy to assist!
We do not cancel orders once placed.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer store credit or exchanges on full-priced items returned within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Tags are attached
- Items are returned in original packaging
All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Options
At the discretion of Wild Posse for change of mind requests
1. Credit Note
Once your item is returned and inspected, a credit note will be issued as an online gift card with a unique code (valid for 30 days).
Please note: shipping will be charged on orders using credit notes, even if the original order qualified for free shipping.
2. Exchange
Shipping for the exchange is the customer’s responsibility.
Faulty Items or Incorrect Orders
Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, please email hello@wildposse.au within 2 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and issue
- A description of the problem
If the item is deemed faulty by the manufacturer:
- We will offer you a refund, replacement or repair, based on what is reasonable and available.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow processing time.
- Shipping costs for faulty items may be refunded at our discretion.
Faults due to general wear and tear or incorrect washing are not considered manufacturing faults.
Incorrect orders must be returned in original packaging and condition before we send out a replacement or process a refund.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Sale & clearance items (including online pop-ups)
- Swimwear, intimates, jewellery, hats, and shoes
- Lay-by items
- Beauty and wellness products (unless security seal is intact)
- Items purchased using Afterpay, unless deemed faulty
Posting Your Return
We recommend sending your return via registered post with tracking. Wild Posse is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please email us your tracking number once shipped.
